Landlots ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Cancellation Policy explains the process, terms, and limitations applicable when a user initiates cancellation of services or property listings.
1. Cancellation by Users
- Users may cancel a property listing, membership, or service request within 24 hours of booking, provided the listing has not yet gone live.
- Once a listing or service is activated on the platform, cancellation will not be eligible for full refund.
- Custom services (e.g., paid promotions, consultancy) cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
2. Cancellation by Landlots
- Landlots reserves the right to cancel a listing or user service in case of suspicious activity, invalid data submission, or breach of platform policies.
- If cancellation is initiated by Landlots due to system errors or backend issues, a full refund will be initiated.
3. Processing Timeline
- Approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Cancellable Services
- Digital marketing or targeted promotion campaigns once activated.
- Third-party service appointments already confirmed or dispatched.
- Verified or approved legal services initiated by the customer.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All cancellations and related disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Users must accept these terms before initiating any cancellation request on Landlots.
