This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Asthabhuja Corporate Services Private Limited ("Licensor") that governs your access to and use of the Landlots platform. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Scope & Limitations

• All content on this site is for general informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content or linked third-party sites.
• Use of the platform is strictly at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

License & Restrictions

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access Landlots for personal, non-commercial use.
• Screen scraping, data harvesting, and automated crawling are strictly prohibited.
• You must not disclose or misuse licensed content outside of your personal property transaction.
• Any violation may result in immediate termination of access.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content belong to the Licensor or its affiliates. No license or right is granted to use these materials without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that content is free from errors or accurate at all times. Users must independently verify any critical information before relying on it.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is strictly limited to Rs. 10,000 under any circumstances. We are not liable for any consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or any breach of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked immediately.
