At Landlots, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide transparency in financial dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued and the process to claim them.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only on services that are not yet activated or delivered.
- Property listings that have not been published or reviewed by our team are eligible for cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of payment.
- In cases of duplicate transactions or system errors, a refund will be automatically processed.
2. Refund Initiation
- Users can raise refund requests through their dashboard or by contacting support@landlots.in.
- A valid payment reference number and reason must be provided during the request.
- All requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
3. Mode and Timeframe
- Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
- We do not offer cash refunds. Wallet credits may be issued for platform-related adjustments.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Premium services already delivered (e.g., consultancy, legal drafts).
- Third-party services (e.g., site visits, packers/movers) after confirmation.
- Promotional campaigns and subscriptions consumed partially or fully.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All refund-related concerns are subject to resolution under the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Users agree to this condition upon making a transaction on Landlots.
