User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your access and use of the Landlots platform. By using our services, you accept all terms and conditions stated herein without limitations. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Landlots (owned by Asthabhuja Corporate Services Private Limited), you enter into a binding agreement with us. This includes adherence to all current and future terms, policies, and conditions as described here or linked from this document. You are encouraged to consult legal advice before agreeing, if unsure of any clause.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Use
- All content, logos, and graphics on Landlots are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Copying, republishing, or distributing content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
- You may access and use the platform solely for property-related services or information gathering.
- You must not use automated means like scraping, bots, or unauthorized APIs to extract data.
- You are forbidden from engaging in activities that violate Indian cyber laws or infringe upon others’ rights.
4. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your access without prior notice if you breach any term of this agreement. On termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement shall cease immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accuracy, Landlots offers no warranties on the completeness or reliability of listings and services. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our platform. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹10,000.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be adjudicated under the jurisdiction of courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive all objections based on venue or inconvenience.
7. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landlots, its licensors, and its parent company against any legal claims, expenses, or liabilities arising due to your misuse or breach of this agreement.
8. Final Provisions
- This agreement is the full legal agreement between both parties.
- If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
- You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.
